Starting this Sunday (October 24), I will be facilitating a six-week series on the book of Malachi and the nature of biblical prophecy at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church (1101 Slide Rd.) in Lubbock, TX. Join us at 9:00 am on Sunday for an in-depth (and likely rambling) discussion that answers all of your burning questions on prophecy, such as:
Do the biblical prophets tell us about the role of the United States in the End Times?*
Do the biblical prophets tell us when Judgment Day will come?*
Do the biblical prophets tell you about God’s secret plan for your life?*
Do the biblical prophets reveal a secret code to unlock the mysteries of the Bible?*
Do the biblical prophets tell us who the Antichrist will be?*
In all seriousness, we will be digging into what the role of prophets were in ancient Israel and how we can connect that to our modern (or is it postmodern?) lives. Malachi might just have a lot to say to us after all.
